New bookings appear once the parcel is picked up. Check the number on your receipt and try again after a few hours.
Can I change the delivery address?
Contact support before the parcel is out for delivery and we will update it where possible.
What happens if I miss the delivery?
The rider will try again on the next working day. You can also call to arrange a suitable time.
